We're on a mission to reduce waste with simple, package free options that are good for you and good for the planet. Everything in our shop can be refilled, reused or recycled back into nature at the end of its life.
We want to make living a low impact lifestyle enjoyable and easy. The Zero Waste movement is all about waste reduction. Although the "Zero" can feel impossible at first, little steps to reduce single-use products actually do make a difference. At Canary, we take the guess work out. We research and heavily vet all of our products to ensure that our customers are receiving only the best and most sustainable products.
We believe it should be easy to shop sustainably. When you visit our refillery, you can bring your own containers with you to refill quality cleaners, soaps and personal care products without all of the packaging waste. We also offer a curated selection of low impact lifestyle items that are sustainably sourced alternatives to plastic and single-use products.

How It Works
We use Stripe for all our online payment processing. We do not accept cash.
Canary Refillery only accepts the exchange of unused products purchased directly from our retail location. Exchanges are to be made in-store only.
Shipping is included in the cost of our products. The shipment must be delivered in one bulk order to a single location that is provided by the campaign manager.
If any products break in transportation, please send a description and photos to info@canarygoods.ca.
Why do you charge a 4% transaction fee?
We charge 4% to cover the cost of our Stripe payment processing fee so that we can give more money back to the fundraising organization.
How do I know if my order is processed?
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If your card is declined or wrong information provided Stripe does not hold for processing.
I made a mistake and need to change my order?
Mistakes happen and we are here to help. Please reach out to the vendor for support and provide order details including the campaign you are supporting, The order number, and your name (name on invoice) and let us know what changes need to be made.
What if I can't pick up my products?
If you can’t make the pickup time but would like to support the fundraiser, we suggest making arrangements with someone to pick up for you. Please give that person your order number and name on invoice and we’ll release the product.
